Logix Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Logix Group is a real estate company headquartered in Noida, India. The company was founded by Shakti Nath in 1997. The group has expanded rapidly. The group has been a developer of IT parks and IT Special Economic Zones. The company has created more than 25 such IT spaces, and has furnished 4 million square feet of IT property.

A former employee said this on Indeed "Logix is not a employee friendly company. Decision making is highly centralized and virtually taken by a single man. There is no autonomy/freedom to work even at senior level. There is no job security, one can expect immediate firing in this company. If you have any other option, my recommendation is not to join Logix".

Customer Care Representative (Current Employee) says

"This is not a good place to work. It's very stressful. There's a lot of disrespet and back stabbing going on. I would not recommend no one to work there. Cons: A lot."

Major Account Manager (Former Employee) says

"Terrible Company. They don't care how they treat their employees and let the upper management treat the employees however they want to. Good life and work balance Cons: Terrible company to work for"

Senior Account Manager (Former Employee) says

"This was a good company to work for with regard to the group of people who endeavor to make it successful. I was disappointed with leaderships archaic sales tools. Cons: leadeship"

Project Coordinator (Former Employee) says

"•a typical day at work is from 8 to 5 Cons: health care"

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"If you are unemployed keep looking! This is not a company you want to work for. The pay is awful, management is unprofessional. The entire company is one big joke! Cons: Advancement is often promise but rarely awarded."

Executive (Former Employee) says

"Execs are all friends that don't know how to properly run a business or hold each other accountable. They allow repeat offender executives to continue to poison the company and they just sit by and watch. Its a very poorly run company. All Chief Officers need replaced. Cons: consistently losing revenue, horrible customer/employee churn"

Fiber Optic Technician (Former Employee) says

"They have an old tech who has been doing the same exact DS3 job for 23 years straight and he calls the shots. He’s doesn’t know the first thing about fiber. This is also true of the other lifer who runs their headend. They’re both old clueless idiots who run anyone with fiber experience away because they think they will lose their job to them. It’s just a matter of time until this company goes broke.they go broke."

Sales Account Executive (Current Employee) says

"This is the MOST mismanaged company I have ever had the displeasure of working for. They boast and mislead their new employees saying that they put a focus on client relations but whenever an issue or problem does arise, leadership is the first to blow off the customer. In the last month over half of my co workers have voluntarily left the company some with no opportunities to fall back on if that explains just how bad it is. The leadership team are all former colleagues from another company and they don’t do anything to help with company culture or motivation. The favoritism is ridiculous with the favored employees even the ones who are NOT performing getting all the leads and can come and go as they please but everyone else is subjected to micromanaging down to knowing when you go to the bathroom (ok not that bad but close). The VP, CRO, and one other C-level executive work in this office and never greet there employees, they literally walk around acting like they are better than you! There is no structure and everything is “fly by the seat of your pants”. It has been a month with NO set product list or set pricing. We are told to just quote the customer a price and ask for approval from leadership afterwards. I would never recommend this company to others and I honestly feel horrible for the businesses that I have sold to so far because they are now stuck in contract with a company who will look the other way when any issues come up. The management and leadership is nonexistent. I CANT STRESS ENOUGH IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND WE STILL HAVE NO SET LIST OF PRODUCTS OR Cons: Too many to list"

Major Account Executive (Former Employee) says

"I have nothing positive to say about this company outside of my District Sales Manager & immediate team members. They run it like it's stuck in the 1970s. No laptops, cell phones, expense reports, highest health insurance premiums ever ($1,700+) and arrogant VP of Sales, upper management that doesn't share anything as far as vision or anything that's changing. It's the worst job I've ever had, and I wish I could give negative ratings on some of them. Cons: Everything"

TSCData Support (Former Employee) says

"If you are working in operations part of the company."

Outside Sales Representative (Former Employee) says

"Direct manager and Director are on the level of a team lead of McDonalds. No clue what they’re doing. It’s like you’re waiting for someone to come out and let you know you’re on some kind of TV series but then you realize it’s real and the leaders really act like this"

Network Engineer (Current Employee) says

"NOC turned into a service operations center. all this company is looking for are people to sit down and take calls. it's not about what you know all that matters is answering that phone and boosting your numbers. there is no room for advancement. new attendance policies added too and now are so strict that any excuse will be counted as tardy, three of those are you result in getting let go. Upper management has no sympathy for it's current employees and lowest paid workers. you can find something way better. Cons: management, hardly any time off, not flexable, unsympathetic"

N/A (Current Employee) says

"Everyone likes handling off their work to those of us who actually work. We're in desperate need of different managers. Work morale has been reduced dramatically since the take over. Profit over the well being of it's personnel."

"Co used to be a top notched employer. Qtr bonuses/lots of incentives thing of the past. An investor buyout created huge layoff keeping their ppl. Sad!"

Transport Technician (Former Employee) says

"run from this company its about to get sold. The legacy employees are bickering against each other. The contractors do all the work and if not they are scolded and threatened. Cons: on call - contractors treated like step children"

"What I have learned while working at logix is that they have no organization. It is clear that the did not plan for the large hiring they did and it back fired. Now they are trying to off load people in order to save money."

Customer Care Representative (Former Employee) says

"Answering calls and informing customer's on how Logix can provide services suach as internet and phone as well as provide features ( caller id, fax 2 e-mail, call forwarding etc.)."

Senior Account Manager (Former Employee) says

"Nothing to respond to the company was great to work for all and all. They buy out the competitions contract which makes winning a deal much more easy to do. Two thumbs up just to much traveling everyday and coming into the office then cold call to then call on leads. Cons: N/a"

Account Manager (Former Employee) says

"The product (T1) is inferior to the giants like Time Warner & AT&T."

Account Manager (Former Employee) says

"• Business-to-Business sales of internet/voice/data. Provide guidance to corporate management. Duties include setting appointments with decision makers of companies by cold-calling, tele-prospecting, and referral follow-ups."

Former Employee - Install Coordinator says

"I worked at Logix Communications full-time for more than a year Cons: - Trust no one when working at Logix. Especially the ones that have been there for more than 4 years. They all talk behind your back and they cheat the system. - I had no training. NONE - and I wasn’t allowed to ask anyone questions. ( NOT exaggerating ) - I was told I was not allowed to eat/snack at my work desk. I thought that was weird. However, if they really like you, they’ll let you. But don’t count on it. - I was constantly harassed by the older men when working there. HR did not want to help me, and suggested I handle it my self. - Whenever I put in my 2 weeks notice, my manager straight up lied to HR by saying it was job abandonment. I had several witnesses that physically saw me in a meeting with management, giving my 2 weeks. I fought that battle and i won - was given 2 weeks of extra pay (so, 1 month of pay in stead of 2 weeks) and was able to keep my health benefits for a somewhat longer period. This place added extreme stress and frustration to my quality of life. Do not do it. Run!"

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Logix Communications full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Pay is low. NO career progression opportunities. Benefits are painfully expensive. Stressful environment. Favoritism, bullying and HR does not step in and correct anything. Support teams do not have standard processes to follow. Leadership doesn't know what they're doing and some lead by intimidation. Like the comment from April, the company is still getting rid of good employees and keeping the old bad apples."

Current Employee - Senior Account Manager says

"I have been working at Logix Communications full-time for more than a year Cons: I can write a book on the Cons. Ask a current or former sales rep."

Former Employee - Service Delivery says

"I worked at Logix Communications full-time for more than 5 years Cons: The new management are a group of unqualified idiots"

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Logix Communications full-time Cons: no direction...0 leadership except from some of the other managers that aren't even in a leadership role"

Former Employee - Sales Representative says

"I worked at Logix Communications full-time Cons: bad management, and can barely service any customers"

Former Employee - Account Manager says

"I worked at Logix Communications full-time for less than a year Cons: Culture is terrible . The salary is for a college kid with no family or bills . They tell you about lots of money to be made and they give you know real leads or sources . You use all your own materials . Phone , car and computer ."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Logix Communications full-time Cons: Micromanaged on a daily basis Underappreciated"

Current Employee - Administrative says

"I have been working at Logix Communications full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Ownership is Kuwait Government. I hate knowing I work for another government in a country in the middle east."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Logix Communications full-time Cons: Sales prevention bickering between managers and VP. Under new ownership maybe worst . Its an unorganized mess. Support staff is alright . VP is all about himself laugh and smile in your face"
